Yes, we accept Visa and Master Cards for payments.

3. Do you require a permit for a Garage Sale?

Yes, permits are required for garage sales. Contact Utility Billing at (405) 222-6015 for more information. 

4. Do you take payments over the phone?

In an effort to provide service to our utility customers in a more timely manner, the City no longer accepts credit card payments by telephone.

5. Is there a fee to transfer my water service?

No, but your current account must be at a zero balance in order to transfer to another address.
