[ARCHIVED] Miller Named City of Chickasha Employee of the Month

Laura Miller EOMCHICKASHA, Okla. – May 13, 2019 – The City of Chickasha would like to congratulate Laura Miller, Municipal Court Clerk, for being named May Employee of the Month. Miller, who has worked for the City of Chickasha for 20 years, was presented with a certificate of recognition by City Manager John Noblitt at the May 6, 2019 City Council Meeting.

Miller was nominated by her coworkers for her drive and dedication to her department, her city and her community.

Miller has had several different career assignments with the City of Chickasha. Her coworkers say she willingly steps up to help within the department to help other employees, no matter how heavy her own workload is. Her attitude and work ethic are an example to others.

The City of Chickasha's Employee of the Month program was created to recognize employees for their outstanding work and achievements as a City employee. To date, 17 employees have been recognized through the program.
